SETuP

Supplemental Education Transition Planning Program (SETuP) is designed to guide young adults in their journey through high school/GED completion to transition smoothly to their chosen post-secondary opportunities. Young adults are eligible for SETuP if they: are between the ages of 13-21; are in the care of the Washington State, tribal, or federal foster care system, or experiencing unaccompanied homelessness; are enrolled in high school or a recognized GED Program. Enrollment in this program will allow students to identify post-secondary goals, stay on track with their current education plan, get linked to other resources to aid in their current and future educational and career successes and receive information about scholarships and grants available to students.  SETuP program staff are dedicated to promoting the success of students by helping them identify their educational and career goals and providing the tools to pursue them. CYS’s SETuP Program serves the following counties: Thurston, Lewis, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania, Wahkiakum, Mason, Pacific, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Clallam.

Please send all referrals to Alyssa Lyngass, SETuP Case Manager, at either SETuP@communityyouthservices.org or fax to 360.943.0785 ATTN: Alyssa Lyngaas
