Are you between the ages of 18-24 and need help paying rent?
CYS provides rental assistance to Thurston County residents facing eviction. We help tenants with an active eviction by paying up to 6 months of back rent. Recipients are required to meet with their case manager monthly to continue receiving assistance.
Please fill out the form below to be contacted by the rent assistance program.
If you suspect a tenant or landlord is fraudulently attempting to collect rental assistance, you may contact the Program Coordinator directly anonymously or contact Department of Commerce directly. Any investigation of fraud or other criminal activity will not be disclosed except to the appropriate law enforcement authorities following the agencies Fraud Procedures. Tenants, employees or community members who report suspected fraud, criminal activity or other program irregularities will be protected from retaliation.
