No experience? No problem.

We’ll work with you to build a path toward a stable job with a real future.

At Community Youth Services, we work with motivated young people (ages 16–24) who are overcoming challenges such as housing instability, family disruption, poverty, and trauma. These individuals bring grit, determination, and a fresh perspective to the workplace—qualities that can’t be taught, but every great team needs.
